Wheelchair booking

We can accommodate a wheelchair and seat for a friend, but please book them early in the season by phoning 0447 340 665, preferably by 1 January. You can tick a box on the subscription form if you are a subscriber. As soon as seating for each performance reaches capacity, those two seats are sold.

For ALL ticket enquiries or changes, call: 0447 340 665 or email: tickets@wlt.org.au

Can't use your Ticket/s?

Our seasons often sell out so there are generally people hoping they can get tickets. If you know a few days or weeks ahead of time that you will be unable to use your tickets, PLEASE CONTACT the Ticketing Manager (contact details above) so they can be made available online.

Otherwise, on the day please call 0447 340 665 (or leave a message on that voicemail) and the Ticketing Manager will ensure Front of House know that those tickets are available for door sales to anyone waiting for a ticket. If we sell it, we will refund you.

Season Sold Out? What can you do?

  • Check online bookings approx. 3 weeks before opening... more seats will be released for sale;

  • If that is unsuccessful, ring 0447 340 665 and ask to be placed on a wait list;

  • Keep checking the online bookings: seats are put online when tickets are returned;

  • If you live nearby, you can call into the theatre around 8pm (or 4.45 Sundays) and speak to Front of House who will list your name ... tickets that aren't being used that performance are quite frequently handed in, and will be sold in the list order.
