A pdf of the roster for each production is uploaded on this page, and people on the roster are notified when it's up.  As soon as there are changes, the new version replaces the old.

For new FOH people and as a refresher for experienced ones, the checklist of duties is worth looking at. It is surprising how easily small details slip the memory of even very regular FOH people.  The checklist gets updated at times.
